Who to contact to get an FMT clinical trial with high quality donors? Poor donor quality is likely what's keeping this from being an available cure

I think it does but I decided a long time ago that FMT is not the answer. I think if the underlying cause can be eliminated the microbiome will go back to how it was before falling ill. As long as the underlying problem is not solved the microbiome will respond to it.

What do you not understand from this? In cell biology, a phagosome is a vesicle formed around a particle engulfed by a phagocyte via phagocytosis. Professional phagocytes include macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells (DCs). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phagosome

Mechanistic Insights into the Pathophysiology of CFS/ME: Examining Nrf2 Antioxidant Gene Expression & its Role in Combating Oxidative Stress, ongoing

Their main finding, however, has been that people with ME/CFS have high levels of reactive oxygen molecules, which can harm blood vessels and muscles. I am pretty sure in my case they are skyhigh during flares.

I think 2 tried it for a short periode. It has a bad reputation. I hasitated a long time because all the medical trained people I discussed it with warned me for the danger. When I was dying anyway the danger was the least of my worries.

ME/CFS International Research Symposium, March 2019, Australia

I think the immune system does what it needs to do but because the invader is very hard to destroy it produces toxic levels of the product that can destroy it. If that toxic is what I think it is it would fit with the fact that levamisole helps me to improve. Normal level of the product has...
