    They are still fighting over weather the pathogen I suspect has genetic material. Nobody disputs a misfolded protein is part of it.

    It is part of the puzzle and I think it is a downstream event. Probably The pathogen I suspect is transported by exosomes.

    My house is full with mold but nonetheless I have improved a lot, Maybe it is the mycobiome causing problems.

    I think it does. When I stop in time and rest (or doing something different, lighter) , after some time I can go on with the task I was doing. Sadly after every rest I have to stop sooner and in the end I have to stop all together and lay down.

    I could not sweat during the day but none the less had nightsweats. Later more and more parts of my body started sweating during the day. I am pretty sure that was part of the healing process.
