    Children want to be active. They will move whenever they can. Most likely out of sight of the people that want them to rest.

    I have never seen a child or a animal that does less than possible. It is difficult to let them rest enough.

    In small portions. Breaking frozen food is difficult, taking two portions is not.

    I think the immune system works very hard during sleep and the waste products are not removed enough. When I forget to take my immunemodulator I have a huge hangover the next morning. One of the effects of the immunemodulator is decrease of superoxide and hydrogenperoxide.
