    Years ago I went to a Shawarma take-out to order food, there was only one guy working there and he was wearing gloves. He handled the food and money with the same pair of gloves :confused: When I saw this I refused my food.

    An infectious disease doctor said recently that the virus can (minimally) spread through vents in apartment buildings, and to keep a window open. This was a response to someone asking if high winds could spread outside, even with a 2 metre distance.

    @lunarainbows I worked in healthcare for many years before coming ill, and patients who had shingles around the eye area (for years!) said it was the most excruciating pain of all shingles location. They couldn't even wash their hair.

    @Hell..hath..no..fury... Although shingles can occur anywhere on your body, it most often appear as a single stripe of blisters that wraps around either the left or the right side of your torso. I hope this brings you a little comfort.

    I keep meaning to mention this important point- keep your fingernails trimmed as short as possible unless you are using a scrubbing brush to get deep down.
