I'm not anti-vaxx either. But, during my sudden ME viral onset I was vaccinated x4 (!) within a 2 month period. It was terrible timing and I'll never know if that triggered ME. I have not had a vaccine since (28 years).
My immune system feels like it has been over active...

So wearing a mask is much better at preventing us from contracting the virus in the first place. Not as practical as getting a vaccine, but something I would prefer.
The spinning type vertigo in my experience is a viral onset. I eventually stop spinning, but the equilibrium imbalances remain for several months. Since my onset was sudden viral vertigo, I think I may have some sort of injury in my vestibular system.

I have watched short interviews with some of the supporters attending the rally in Florida, many don't have any issues with contracting the virus and referring to it as the 'flu'. They don't trust Dr. Fauci.

I'm not sure why the ME doctor prescribed it for me in the first place? I didn't have pain or any issues that would require any prescription except for a viral infection that was pretty much resolved by the time I saw him as a patient.
