Here's one of Bragée's slides from Ur Samtiden, about recovery in ME. The title is "But certainly one can be cured", and the last bullet point says "More reports about recoveries after neck surgery". Would be very interesting to know what source(s) that statement is based on?

Did you, by any chance, have a look at the questionnaires they are using? Unfortunately the questionnaires they have chosen don't capture PEM in a meaningful way (or at all?), and I'd say that's definitely a problem.

One of the main problems, from my point of view, with MEpedia and other wikis in general is that very early drafts are published immediately as is, and there's usually nothing that tells the reader that the article is in fact at an early draft stage, or that it hasn't been properly reviewed yet...

I, too, would love to know more about this (but I'm unable to watch videos). For example, is there anything in the CCI and chiari scientific literature that suggests that PEM and immunological symptoms -- those that are characteristic of ME, in particular -- are common? I find it very confusing...
