Open Cervicocranial dysfunction, neuroinflammation and infection in ME/CFS compared to healthy subjects, Bragée & Bertilson [MEPRO study]

As @Kalliope already mentioned, Prof Jonas Blomberg is sadly no longer alive. The application is dated 9 September 2019, which is after he passed. I'm not sure what his contributions would be to this study, maybe the planning of it?

Open Cervicocranial dysfunction, neuroinflammation and infection in ME/CFS compared to healthy subjects, Bragée & Bertilson [MEPRO study]

Why would you post something if you don't even know if it's true? A lot of this is very easy to fact check, even if you don't understand Swedish. For example, your text repeatedly says "for years". I'm not sure if that's a helpful reframing of what has been said already. ME Center opened in...

Open Cervicocranial dysfunction, neuroinflammation and infection in ME/CFS compared to healthy subjects, Bragée & Bertilson [MEPRO study]

About people being free to opt out or decline the invitation to take part in research studies and other experiments. It might not always be so easy for people to say no, even though they have a right to. One possible reason, for example, is that the contract Bragée ME Center has with Stockholm...

Open Cervicocranial dysfunction, neuroinflammation and infection in ME/CFS compared to healthy subjects, Bragée & Bertilson [MEPRO study]

I can't remember ever reading about altered temperature perception in ME before (could be that I simply have forgotten). However, I've seen it mentioned in Jen Brea's posts a few times, for example:

Open Cervicocranial dysfunction, neuroinflammation and infection in ME/CFS compared to healthy subjects, Bragée & Bertilson [MEPRO study]

Well, we know that Bragée ME Center uses the Canadian criteria. I did a quick search of the Carruthers et al consensus document. I didn't find anything about "difficulty perceiving cold and heat in a normal fashion". Below are the bits that I found about related words like "temperature", "hot"...

The science of craniocervical instability and other spinal issues and their possible connection with ME/CFS - discussion thread

I'll admit I'm a bit surprised by your confidence in them... You are aware that Gunnar Olsson is a well-known BPS proponent, right? For example, his research into ACT for ME/CFS, aimed at getting participants to gradually increase their activity levels, address fear avoidance behaviours etc. In...

PEM for those who are, or were, mild sufferers, how would you describe it?

I wasn’t aware of ME (had no idea such a disease even existed) for the first 6 years or so after coming down with it, so I obviously didn’t know anything about concepts such as PEM etc. OI has been part of my PEM since the very beginning, but I obviously didn’t recognise it at the time. I used...
