Preprint A Proposed Mechanism for ME/CFS Invoking Macrophage Fc-gamma-RI and Interferon Gamma, 2025, Edwards, Cambridge and Cliff

Actually it very much is an existent quote (on S4ME, more than once even) ;) Onto the paper proper, and a few questions I wondered about on first read: Given some evidence suggesting increased muscle capillary basement membrane thickening, there is a possibility that CK exiting muscle cells...

The Relation Between Cardiac Output and Cerebral Blood Flow in ME/CFS Patients with a POTS Response During a Tilt Test, 2025, van Campen et al

Yes I think the paper would have been easier to read if they'd written "change" instead of decrease or reduction in a number of places. "%CO decrease >=-15%" is a bit tough to parse. Also noting: should read "In patients with a limited %CO reduction"

Impact of COVID-19 & 2021 NICE Guidelines on Public Perspectives Toward ME/CFS: Twitter Analysis, 2025, Khakban et al (Jason Busse)

"In part, due to concerns about […] stigmatization (with CBT)." What on earth are they talking about? (Also, they've clearly spent so much time on Twitter that they've lost the ability to write in full sentences.)

    ME/CFS Springer Protocols

I don't think it would be particularly helpful for general availability here. The details are directed to lab researchers. Having the abstracts and knowing the book is available is probably all that's needed.
