Especially while the forum is new, it's good to be a bit active in seeking out news to post on the forum, to keep it interesting for readers. Everyone can help with this - it's quite good fun to bring new tidbits for other people. Here's a list of sources that I often check (and I'm likely to be focusing on other things in the weeks to come so hope that others might pick up my slack and join in with the other folks who often post news here!). Note that you don't have to have a Twitter account to read Twitter. ME Association (Twitter) Solve ME/CFS Initiative (Twitter) Tom Kindlon on Twitter and Facebook Jen Brea (Twitter) David Tuller (Twitter) Open Medicine Foundation (Twitter) #MEAction (Twitter) Occupy M.E. (blog) Jarred Younger's lab (Facebook) Anybody got any more good sources? Edit: BTW, there's nothing 'official' about my request - I'm just an ordinary punter here but I think this is a useful thing that lots of people might enjoy doing.
I hear Tom Kindlon sometimes finds interesting stuff and posts it to his Twitter page (or retweets) https://twitter.com/TomKindlon and/or his Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TomKindlonMECFS. Same source says he is very modest and doesn't like to blow his own trumpet (so must be reliable).
I'd have put you on my list, @Tom Kindlon, except I know you're here on the forums and post your own stuff!
Thanks. However I don't promise to post as many articles here as I post to Facebook or Twitter especially if one counts ones I retweet. I also post elsewhere e.g. to Co-Cure and LocalME (and indeed occasionally elsewhere) so do ration a bit how many threads I start
