Very short intro to ME/CFS 2 mins 20

A brief overview of symptoms, diagnosis and treatment based on the 2021 NICE guideline. Its not being tired all the time, patients have an energy impairment that dramatically limits their activity.

This is outstanding, the videos and pictures are brilliantly accurate portrayal of the condition and are miles better than the garbage tier stock videos and images that most are using. This is an accurately portrayal of what the disease and its sufferers look like, because they are real. This is about the most informative 2 minutes 16 seconds I have seen on the disease.

This is bang on. There was a discussion here earlier, about the lack of a good video providing a brief introduction to ME. Now there is one. Thank you.

Brilliant. Just what we need to be out there as a foundational public information video, everywhere, as said by others.

You have such a talent for making these videos, Adam. Thank you so much.

I remember looking for informative YouTube videos on ME when I first got diagnosed, and finding very little, just something about trying mold avoidance and other things I could not make sense of. I wanted to find something to show my friends and family. To have had something like this video would have been life changing.

The inclusion of the new NICE guidelines was incredibly satisfying to hear. Even though it's been a while since we got the news, it still blows my mind that we came this far.
