Can someone explain what this is about? What has ME/CFS to do with behavioural risk factors?

Of perhaps some relevance, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says in their new "Info for Healthcare Providers" under ME/CFS Etiology and Pathophysiology:
Seems that emotional trauma is still on the table as a cause of ME/CFS.

I think this was mentioned in one of the teleconference calls and/or perhaps at the CFSAC. I think the main purpose may be to look at incidence and prevalence? Though like lots of ways of looking at the issue, some people with the illness may be missed.

This is potentially useful and at least a bit important. This US survey could produce some useful epidemiological information. The devil will be in the detail. And, from a quick look at the links, I couldn't see any of the detail. Like - what questions will actually be asked?

I do hope the US patient advocacy organisations are working on this.

Just a guess, but I think that’s the name of the survey because the CDC manages things that can be prevented/managed by vaccines and isolation procedures, or by behavioral changes. They don’t really do much with other sorts of topics, as best as I can tell.
