    A point I found interesting was they didn’t consider it POTS if someone’s heart rate went up after their blood pressure dropped: they considered that a normal reaction to blood pressure dropping (that isn’t saying the person had a normal response to being upright).

    A lot of people have never had a tilt table test or something similar like a lean test where blood pressure was regularly measured so wouldn’t know if this is the scenario when their heart rate goes up.
