    I really enjoyed this talk on the conference DVD. I'm pleased it is now available to all on You Tube. I bet EC won't watch it.

    I haven't watched it all yet - I got tired in the middle. I've watched a good portion of the beginning and end. He has so much info, and crams so much into a short time, that my brain can't keep up!
