Why are there 3 versions of the same thing? I get they are slightly different but really, they are basically the same thing. (Two other Cochrane reviews on exercise for FM were also posted today).

This one is a bit more honest than the other two about the reliability of evidence, but really it's a question that is being asked not because evidence suggests anything, but rather because some people have built themselves a fantasy where this should work and can't handle that evidence says otherwise.

From anecdotes alone there seems to be more evidence for the benefits of drinking pickle juice to help alleviate POTS. I've seen far too many random testimonies of that, far more than random testimonies of anyone with either ME, FM or dysautonomia saying the same for exercise. And since this here is just one notch above anecdotal evidence, it's a thin line.

Because underlying all claims of exercise being beneficial, against evidence, is the weaponization of laziness or non-compliance as an alternative explanation, one that is made without evidence or consideration for consequences. Medical treatment should not place people in impossible situations like this, where they can be considered to fail the treatment. It's abominable, a testament to the banality of evil.

    https://www.s4me.info/threads/flexi...-cochrane-systematic-review-2-sep-2019.11342/

and another one that I am going to post today.
I had no idea there were so many when I started; I thought it would be interesting to compare with the cfs one.
These 'newer' ones are to replace the earliest one
