Hypothesis from PR' s necessary8

Necessary8 on PR had an intriguing hypothesis which developed over the course of the past year.
Some was beyond me, but i i found it insightful and vety interesting. It made me want to find out more.

He has a newer hypothesis ( which I will leave til tomorrow as my coffee quota is up today) , but I thought some of you may be interested.

Thank you for posting it, I don't currently have the resources to read it - I got as far as the poster saying it was complex, if he wrote it and thinks it's complex it's probably too complex for me to handle right now - but I will attempt to do so at some point, it's currently 4th in the queue of linked to stuff tabs I have open

(I have no idea of any merits or otherwise of whatever this is about, yet)
