I think Ketra Wooding is active on the HRM site, alongside her mother Adrienne. I thought they were both severe but presumably Ketra has improved.

EDIT: I just started watching the video. Ketra is actually severely ill and lives in a nursing home.

Sorry- Pacing with a heart rate monitor Facebook group.

It's a very good site, informative files and knowledgeable participants. I am presuming that the Ketra Wooding named on the Jen Brea tweet above is the Ketra Wooding on that site.
Adrienne Wooding lives in Australia and I think Ketra does too.

EDIT:Correct title is actually " Pacing with a Heart Monitor".

It is the same Ketra. She is narrator for the video.

I just watched this video and agree that it is very well-done. It was interesting because the doctors in the video spoke about the calcium channelopathy theory (as if they had proof unless I misunderstood them?) and also spoke about the connection to mast cell activation. I get so confused re: my diagnosis b/c I match so much of what they described in the video, including that 10-minute lean test and POTS. I wish there was a team like that in the US with their particular research focus and I'd love to talk to them further!

Yep, the calcium channelopathy theory appears pretty solid and new research findings by others are all fitting in with the theory. Chemical, food and sensory sensitivities appear almost overlooked by many of the researchers which is odd given how key these are to the condition especially in the severely ill.
