    Yes. I think that's what we've all been wondering for years. The spread of CBT /GET as 'the best available' treatment is a puzzle, like the Kardashians or something. You keep thinking: "How did that happen?"

    @Alvin had you mentioned the Kinsley Gaffe? I hadn't seen that, or I don't remember at any rate. I've always loved that definition!
