    Looks good, I am in too much of a state at the moment to read it though. Also i bet she'd be interested to hear about CBT/GET for ME (unless of course she's already been 'got at' by the BPSers like Ben Goldacre) perhaps someone might have the energy to read the book & then send her a link to Dave Tuller's work.

    I have always enjoyed medicinal history, it's incredibly exciting. Sadly I hardly ever read anymore because of the strain reading has on me, but will definitely remember this. Maybe a good idea for a birthday / Christmas present as well :)!
