    Hello all,

I'm not sure if this is the right place but just a quick question...

I really miss going to events and talks. Recently the British Council live streamed a three day literary conference/festival about 'Nature Writing' (which is a love of mine). I watched it live-streamed and it was so enriching, I felt like I was actually there - honestly I lived off it for weeks! It was exhausting just to watch but I could watch from bed/ collapse afterwards. They also put the recordings up on youtube. I'm going to write to them to thank them and also to the panel members to make them aware how appreciated it was (with the hope that they may mention it to other event organisers).

It was a free event so I guess they didn't have to worry about ticketing the live streaming but it made me think that it would be so great if other literary festivals etc. would do the same for people who are unable to attend in person. I decided that every time I see something I'd like to attend but can't I'm going to write the organisers a note to tell them.

I was wondering whether there are platforms out there for ticketing live streamed events that I could mention. I know Unrest used something but I can't remember what it was. Does anyone know or have any thoughts or ideas?

    Thanks x
