Open Medicine Foundation's monthly newsletters are being translated into several languages and are reaching a lot of people.

They are looking for a new volunteer for translations into Japanese.

Here is a collection of the translations into different languages, so you can have a look and see what the workload is.

The contact person for International Relations at OMF is Sara Piccer. She is very nice and would love to hear from you. Her email address is sara (at) omf.ngo

OMF is also looking for more volunteers for translations into Polish.

Thread title is edited to add Polish.

I seem to be able to translate anything into pure gibberish. It may not seem that useful, but on a bad day, most of us develop the ability to speak it.

just a mere brainstorm, but i wonder if we could develop a loose network of people in various countries where such questions can be asked. on rare occasions. maybe via meaction or so.

for example, a japanese advocate for m.e. might know somebody who might be able to translate. on rare occasions, you'd answer about the state of local research, say if an idea would fit customs, introduce a scientist or advocate, etc.

or charities would cultivate one another's acquaintance. esme has offered to translate for europe in the past at least.

I think it is a super idea, and #MEAction has started an online group just for this purpose.
But so many things have happened and are happening with Unrest at the moment so right now it is mostly about the film.
